The Draft Decommissioning Programmes for the Ninian Central Topsides and Associated Riser Sections are the subject of a consultation which runs from 17 September to 16 October 2026. To formally comment on the proposals, please email carol.barbone@cnrl.com by 16 October 2026 stating the capacity in which you are responding.

The final Ninian Southern Topsides and Associated Riser Sections Decommissioning Programme was given Regulatory approval in February 2026.

The Draft Decommissioning Programmes for the Ninian Southern Platform Lower Jacket and Footings and the Ninian Central Platform Concrete Gravity Base Substructure will be the subject of future consultations.  As further programmes become available, they will be shared here.  See also the documents produced in association with the introductory stakeholder workshops.
